I have a software didn't work because when I buy a software games I install it needs a cd key but when I look the back and front of cd had no cd key. What will I do is the software is pirated or not?. Just leave a message for me so that I will fix it.

If there is no serial number with the CD, then bring it back to the shop, and get a replacement with a serial.
