I thought I would pass this along. I now use Firefox but my wife still uses IE7. IE went bye bye and would not load so I could not get to the IE tool bar. After uninstalling and re-installing several times, I was about to give up. Someone told me I had to go to tools/internet options/advanced/RESET. but I couldn't get there. I finally woke up and went the control panel and clicked the internet options icon there and was able to reset IE; problem solved. I hope this helps someone.
