Access to removalable media
« on: March 19, 2005, 02:22:49 PM »
??? Has anyone else experienced this problem:
After starting up windows XP home edition, My computer or windows explorer will not recognise CD, DVD or USB flash drives unless they are plugged in/loaded in the drive on windows starting.

I have to restart windows for them to be recognised.

I have AVG free antivirus and zonelabs Zonealarm firewall.

Any suggestions - this has been an ongoing problem for sometime but wasnt always like this and I have run out of ideas.
