Burning Home Movies?

Hi, I wanted to know if anyone out there knows how to burn Home movies and pictures on one DVD+R CD kinda like a SVCD but using a DVD CD and I can't use my Nero program because it haas no SVCD like features for DVD setion:( . Does anyone know what I could do?? what program I could use, Please let me know asap. Thanks Chris
