    I'm running Win2k-Pro, Defender Pro 2008, I don't think it is a "real" Windows CD.

    Your going to have to give us a lot more information...

    Do you have a CD Burner? What software are you using to burn?
    Is your CD Burner drive the one that your computer is asking you to put a disc into? Do you have more than one drive or burner?

      Also, Windows 2000 Pro does not have any built-in CD writing abilities.  You'll need XP or higher for that.

      For 2000, it's either a 3rd party program or nothing.
