Hi, I don't know where to put this because I don't know what the problem is but I hope someone can help. Whenever I turn my laptop off it takes ages and then a blue screen shows up and it just starts up again. I actually can't turn it off other than to just physically press the power button and my laptop gets mad when I next turn it on. I have no idea what to do. A thing popped up saying something about a minidump and a couple of other files but I don't understand what that is.
I'm on vista if that's at all important. I uninstalled the most recent software because the blue screen said something about that but that didn't help. I'm very confused
