i have updated my windows& internet explorer but i shut down the comp instead of to restart it& at that time internet explorer donloading was at its midpoint.when next dat i start my comp desktop is not there.there is no icon no toolbar.no start menu.then i use ctrl+alt+del&click to new task .throug it i am able to use my comp.but desk top problem is still there.plz help.
