Should I let Comodo scan my PC for malware?
    « on: October 17, 2008, 03:40:43 PM »
This is a really short thread. Should I or not let Comodo installing scan my PC for malware? Or Comodo won't do a good job, so don't scan it?

Comodo antivirus is rather new but it is trusted. Your choice.

They are better known for their firewall software, but they are a trusted name in the computer / online industry.  I'd let them scan your computer, or mine.

I think, we're talking about two different things here.
I believe, OP is talking about Comodo firewall.
If I remember correctly, during installation, it asks you, if you want to run malware check.
