    I am wondering if vista has been upgraded or is it still the same Im looking to buy vista ultimate the price did come down . Is it worth buying now ? Are there any problems like before, I heard that when you buy a computer they give you an option of vista or xp .

    Your question doesn't make much sense.  A new version of Windows Vista Ultimate?  No.  A new version of Windows, eventually?  Of course.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_7
