Is this a good hard drive?

I'm getting a new dell and I Was wondering if this was a good hard drive and if it will help my computer run faster

I am getting an Intel® Core™2 Duo processor E7200 (3MB L2, 2.53GHz, 1066 FSB) and 4GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz- 4DIMMs

This is the hard drive that I want to get:

320GB Serial ATA Hard Drive (7200RPM) w/DataBurst Cache™
