    Like I said...that version of Dreamweaver is not compatible with your operating system.

    Now provide me with the link to Visual Basic you were using, please.

          (I'll be going now, its almost 2.30 in the night,I'll reply tomorrow,Actually I already uninstalled those programs, I'll install the compatible versions tomorrow and see if the same thing happens, I'll let you know the result tomorrow.)

            I found this place, will This be okay, it says nothing about compatibility  though, I wonder what the best places would be to download Visual Basic and Dreamweaver for free.

              Do you need Dreamweaver for designing a browser? I thought it would be written in C or C++...

              Why don't you download the trial of Dreamweaver from Adobe?
