Anyone own an Acer Aspire 9920G?

trying to find anyone who owns an acer aspire 9920g and if they've had any problems with it, cause im about to launch mine out my window!!
it doesnt like pretty much every game i try to play, it crashes and freezes quite often and for the spec its supposed to have, its slow.
i've sent it back for fixing, but its still not playing!
any help would be greatly appreciated,

I don't have an Acer, but if you give us a bit more information, we might be able to help you, and save you buying a new PC.
