Plz help asap i need help

i have an acer desktop
ok i have no idea what to do i was sitting on aim talking to a friend and next thing you know avg said i had a virus so i went to delete it and my screen went blue and said something(about my pc being infected)
it shut off turned right back on and did that (thing it does when you turn your pc off the wrong way) then i kept getting these error msgs and now my desktop looks like this

and everysecond i get another msg saying something cant start or something cant run i tried to put in my reboot discs but they dont do anything and everytime i hit CTRL alt del i get

it says i have spyware but i ran everything i have and deleted all the problems i found and it still dont work sorry for all the link and rambling on but i really need help
