    DVD/CD not working.

    When I place any DVD or CD into my Laptop, the pop up window doesn't come up. It also does not show up in MY COMPUTER. I just used it two weeks ago to load up my Sprint Mobile Sync.

    Is it listed in Device Manager without any errors?
