outlook or thunder bird

Which is better thunder bird or outlook ? AND tell me what is the possible reason gor running slow of my e-mail client ?

I use Thunderbird...i never used Outlook so i cannot say.
If it's slow either your inbox is close to full or it's a connection issue...who is your ISP ? ?

It is hard to say exactly which is better because different people like different things. I use outlook and have never used Thunderbird so my vote goes to outlook.
