I can't watch videos on my firefox browser

 Hi ..

  Before , I was able to watch videos on my Firefox browser , now I'm no longer able to do that .  I reinstalled adobe flash and  shockwave flash again , still can't watch videos, but i noticed that
  adobe flash doesn't appear in the plugins box , I don't know what  the problem is , Is it the conflict between the applications , I have internet download manager installed recently.
by the way  I use window xp SP2.

If this help , here is a list of the plugins :
 1.   adobe acrobat
 2.  Authorware web player
 3. Java platform SE 6
 4. Microsoft office
 5. Real player.
6 . shockwave flash

When you go to Youube, does it ask for any plugins?

Also, do you have Jave Platform SE 6 U7?

   when I go to youtube , I can't play the videos there , when I click on one , it doesn't play , but I was  not asked for a plugin.

 and I have only one  JAVA plugin called :
      JAVA (tm) platform SE 6-JAVA plug-in 1.6.0 for Netscape Navigator( DLL helper )

An then do this:
Download and Install
CCleaner.
(Without Yahoo Toolbar: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim)

When it is installed, run it and make sure the following checkboxes are checked.
Internet Explorer --> Temporary Files
Internet Explorer --> Cookies (optional)
Mozilla Firefox --> Internet Cache
Mozilla Firefox --> Cookies (optional)
System --> Temporary Files
System --> Empty Recycling Bin (optional but recommended if low on disk space)
You can check whatever else you want but you should know that whatever you check will be unrecoverable.
When you are done, Run the Cleaner.

  ...I already have Ccleaner, I've been using it for a long time . it didn't help.
  I uninstalled the JAVA application , but I couldn't download the  new version , when I tried to download it , I got  a blank page said : export denied. 
please...Is there other site to download JAVA , other than : www.java.com/en/download/windows
