How to change the theme of the welcome screen?

Hi, i use to have this nice Black with orange theme in my welcome screen, it came with my SP3... But now for some reason it turned baby blue again.... like old SP2... Any ideas on how to change it back???  tnxs

Well.. tnxs for the help... but that link tells me how to go back to the previous version's look... and i need the opposite... i have SP3 and want to look SP3... not SP2.. Tnxs
