    Command line switch for Outlook
    « on: November 02, 2008, 12:41:38 PM »
    Hi-
I am running Outlook 2007 with Windows XP
Does anyone know how to open a particular Contact using the command line?
    I know that-
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12>outlook.exe /c ipm.contact
will open Outlook with the Contacts Panel but how to open a particular contact eludes me.
    Maybe it's not possible?
    Any help would be welcome.

I don't think there is a way to do this, but have a look here.

Yes I've been studying this page for some time and cannot see anything that would work.
Perhaps it is impossible...Yet maybe some combination of these switches would work.
I've tried everything I can think of.

I'm not an expert with the command line, but another member might have some ideas. ;)
