When you posted HJT log here, this entry:
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [Uninstall] C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmuninst.exe /DeleteSelf
was present.
I exchanged PMs with evilfantasy, and apparently, when you posted your logs at malware section, the above entry was gone.
Did you remove it?
If so, were you asked to remove anything?
