hello!!! does AWARD MODULAR BIOS v1.10ce13s support USB keyboards and mice? thanks... happy easter in advance!

While AWARD/Phoenix does write the BIOS it is normally modified heavily for the particular computer/motherboard manufacturer (hence the reason that you don't download just any BIOS update).  So you/we would need much more information.
