outlook signature with picture

I have created a signature with my company logo.  When I choose the signature from the signature preview window it looks good.  When I select it, it just shows up on my email as a blank box with an "X" in the corner.  Please advise.

How are you sending it? What Email is this? (Web-based or an email program)
