Have you tried rebooting in Safe Mode? If not, try that (jam on the F8 key when your computer is starting, then select "Safe Mode"), then roll back your video driver:
Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Device Manager (upper-left hand corner).
Display Adapters -> whatever the name of your video card is (double-click) -> Driver tab -> Roll back driver -> reboot.
