    problem downloading iTunes

    i just got my ipod nano .when i try to download iTunes from apple.com/ipod/start, i get "this type of file can harm your computer.Are you sure you want to download iTunes801Setup.exe?".
    my os is Xp.
    i use google chrome.
    should i proceed?plz help
