Trojan detected when opening My Computer

Every time (literally, every time) I open My Computer, a Norton window pops up and tells me it has detected a trojan and then quarantines it.  There are no other symptoms that I'm aware of.  So far this has happened 65 times.  When I run a system scan nothing is detected.

Does anyone know what's going on?
