Ok, I cannot access anything in the control panel,. it says that it cannot access the specified path or directory. (rundll32.exe).

I need to access it to amnage user accounts. my account has administrative properties but it still will not access the control panel. I booted in safe mode and went to administrator but I can't access not administrative accounts. This is my own personal computer. not at chool or anything stupid. What should I do. Is this a virus??

You've been here for two years and you still don't know the procedure?...

Oh, I know the procedure, but I didn't know if it's considered a virus. I will post my logs when I get back from school.....

We don't know if it's a virus either until we see the logs.  Post them whenever you get a chance and I'll take a look.

Do you have an SAS log for us as well?

Also, do you have Folder Password Protect or Folder Password Expert installed on your computer?

So far, I'm not seeing anything malicious (aside from those icons).  Go ahead and perform the SAS scan and then download ComboFix and save it to your desktop.  Run the program and read its disclaimer (it's fairly short) and make sure you really pay attention to what it says.  Follow the prompts and when finished, it will produce a log at C:\ComboFix.txt.  Go ahead and post that here.  Note: Don't click on the window while it's running; this may cause stalls.

I will do that ASAP. I did have a password protect program, but I thought I got rid of it. I also do have Unlocvker. Which unlocks and deletes locked files and folders.

Will post log as soon as I can.
