I don't want to get into a flame (no pun intended to the original poster) war but this is neither computer related or even tech related nor interesting.  How many people just died in the recent earthquake?  How many children starve to death in China?  This woman has been in a vegitative state for 15ish years, she was dead a long time ago.

Let the post war begin.

<rant>I don't wanna rant (much) but we had in Canada some *news* a short while ago about four mounties (Canadian police force) getting killed.  This was the major news of about a week with ceremonies etc ad nauseum.  If you ask me this is news for a day at most.  Why aren't those who decide what's news and what isn't reporting about the million plus girls in China that still need adoption and who without our help have little to no future.  Now that's news!  Instead those who decide would rather sell their commercials (that's what t.v. is all about remember) with shock value and gossip.  If real people didn't cry out about the tsunami of '04 then it would have made the news for a week, tops.</rant>

It's also generally considered bad form to post the url to one forum in another.

The first post was that Terri Schiavo had died. (In the U.S. That is a BIG deal)... She was that woman in the "vegetative state" for about 14 years. They finally starved her to death.
