Plug it in and turn it on. Does it work?

it would really depend on how the system is going to be used ie
      gamming/etc....

anyway there are a list of benchmarking tools at Toms Hardware Guide as
well as other places on the net...google should find most...

Quick and to the point. I  Approve.

      Now it's my turn...

First- you'll want to give the sides of the case a good whack to scare out any cats- they get caught in the fans ya know. Nothing bad happens to the cats, more of a screechy hiss really- but the cat could damage the computer while it struggles.

Speaking of cats, you could easily turn a cat into a makeshift duster. hold them firmly and dust your PCs case. DO NOT USE ANY SOLVENT! THIS WILL DAMAGE YOUR CASE- and probably won't be good for your cat either.

** I stopped here, I went on for a few more paragraphs, but it got a little bit morbid, what with cats being put in plastic bags to prevent dust buildup in the case... so I stopped here to prevent flames***
