Need Help

I have a virus or something of some sort.  My computer will only operate in safemode, and all of the virus removers etc I have downloaded will not run in safe mode.  While on the internet, no matter what link I click on, it takes me to the same site. I have to click the "catched" caption inorder to view the site I want.  And I also have a popup that says I have a virus, at the top of this popup it says "Windows Security System Warning" and wants me to purchase antispyware or something. Not sure.  I downloaded Hijackthis and the following came up.

I'm not real sure what Hijackthis, so I thought I would post what happened once I scanned my computer.. Also if I start my computer not in safemode, after about 2min my screen will turn blue and says Windows is shutting down to prevent any harm, or something like that..it doesnt give me time to read it. So I can only operate in safe mode. Thanks for any help you may give!

this sounds of a virus i had i dont know what to do with this virus but i do know that the anti spyware could be hoax just all i can say is that the virus must have put that on

I'm not sure how the computer got the virus. But I downloaded Dr Web http://www.freedrweb.com/cureit/  and it cleared the main virus which allowed me to run malwarebytes which took care of everything else.  The computer is acting fine now.
