My computer is having some problems and is being slow. I'm running Windows XP. Anyway I noticed that my CPU usage stays at 100%. It will come down to 8 and then shoot right back up.
Could this be why I'm so slow? If so how do I fix it?
I have a Compaq Presario with a 2.8 GHz celeron and 760 MB Ram.
I've ran checks for viruses and spyware and nothing came up.
