2 iexplore.exe running in task manager. But im using just one.

For two weeks computer is wery slow. Surfing in interet is inpossible. I tried malwarebytes to look for malware. It found something but it didnt help. computer still slow.
I saw that in taskmanager are running 2 iexplore.exe when i surf in internet. Im using just one internet explorer window. Sometimes its running even if im not in internet. The process is always same big 14900k.
 Could someone help me?

I've been having problems with my PC for over one month now. Had a few Trojan viruses that I thought I was rid of but am still having problems. System is very slow upon start-up, riddled with tracking cookies, IE sometimes freezes for no reason, and also find 2 iexplore.exe running in task manager. Scans on various antimalware software turn-up nothing.

Please help.
