hey sorry for the late reply but i haven't had a chance to write the problem down but finally i got arounf to it so this is what it says:

A problem has been detected and windows had been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

            DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

if this is the first time you have seen this stop error screen restart your computer. if this screes appers again follow these steps.

cheak to make sure any new hardware or software is installed, if this is a new install ask your hardware or software manufacturer.

if problem continues disable or remove any newly installed hardware of software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
if you need to use safe mode to remove  or disable components restart your computer press F8 to select advance start up options and select safe mode.

Revert back to the original drivers that shipped with the card...
Make sure to un-install the new drivers.
New drivers are not always better drivers.

                  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
                  Welcome to WhoCrashed v1.00
                  --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This program checks for drivers which have been crashing your computer.

Whenever a computer suddenly reboots without displaying any notice or blue screen of death, the first thing that is often though about is a hardware failure. In reality, on Windows most crashes are caused by malfunctioning device drivers and kernel modules. In case of a kernel error, most computers do not show a blue screen unless they are configured to do so. Instead these systems suddenly reboot without any notice.

This program does post-mortem crash dump analysis with the single click of a button.

                    Go Start>Run, type in:
                    sfc /scannow
                    Click OK.
                    Have Windows CD/DVD handy.
If System File Checker (sfc) will find any errors, it may ask you for the CD/DVD.
If sfc won't find any errors in Windows XP, it'll simply quit, without any message.
