Outlook Express

 ???  I have O/E version 6, windows 98, The problem is my inbox shows 6 unread messages and there are no messages in it.  I have deleated and reinstalled but it remains the same.  Any suggestions????

So deleting these messages will not work? Also, is this a POP E-Mail service?

There are no messages to delete.  Inbox indicates there are 6 messages but there are no messeges in the box.  Yes, it is a POP.3

Who provides this POP service? Also, have you checked in the drafts folder? Sometimes things can wonder into that folder...

Gwi.net in Biddeford, ME.  There are no e-mails in any other folder.  I did check the server and only current e-mails are there.
