Formatted XP now doesnt recognise monitor or graphics card isjerky and slow

I have tried to download specific drivers for monitor and graphics card but they both dont change anything. I have tried add hardware and it cant find them also recognises i am missing VGA video controller. The screen is slow and jerky at scrolling and moving windows.... PLEASE HELP

Did you take the advice i gave on finding your MBoard drivers ? ?
