Yeah, I couldn't recall AM Dead, so I found this one. It's still listed as experimental add-on,  but it worked fine here.

Does it simply dump the duplicates ? ?
Can you use it to sync more than one machine ? ?

Just to be safe, you may check all entries, it wants to delete, because in my case, it deleted one entry, which I didn't want to delete.
Two entries were like:
something 1
something 2
It deleted one of them.

As for sync, I use Foxmarks...works very good.
