The about.com test:
"All versions of Windows use virtual memory."
Answer: Yes.
Thats incorrect...
Not every version of Windows uses virtual memory. Liars!

about.com is about as reliable as WikiPedia...use with caution.

"Which two windows programs allow you to edit the registry? "
Answer: Device manger.
what the...

And why would you want to know how to network a Windows 98 computer on a Novell system?

Or why would you need to know what operating system requires SYSTEM.INI (And, I knew it was Windows 3.11 for two reasons: 1, they capitalized it, and 2, I remember editing that ancient thing)

Both system and win.ini existed for win versions from 3.1 thru WinME...

And i do remember fondly editing both ...for hours sometimes.   ;D

That's when gaming meant real gaming...not for lightweights.

thats kinda ironic...since i installed "Hot Wheels" for my brother on my Win 2K rig and it was more laggy than on my old WinME rig...

    but great job RD!
If you dont know DOS, you dont know Windows...

Thats why Bill Gates created the Windows NT Family.

Taking the final part of the A+ at the end of March (220-602). Even though I passed the first one O.K. I'm still getting the odd butterfly when I think about it.

Has anyone passed this. Are there any tips.

ANY information of ANY kind would be greatly appreciated. (I might even give you a 'Thank You')
