I have always used follow up flags in my outlook. very important to my job. I have always opened up a personal file account for more space. when I send a flagged email into a folder it has always tracked in in the follow up folder. I now got a new computer at work and again have created a personal files account but now when I flag an item it does not track it when I move it into the personal file. It will only track flagged emails in my inbox. Once i move it out to any other file I loose the tracking option and it is no longer in the follow up file.
Does anybody know what I need to do to keep emails tracked in the follow up folder when I send the email into a folder in personal file?
This is soo important to my job, I would really appreciate any help provided. Thank you.
