   Please kindly inform me that how can i findout the Processor's serial number through an application or a batch file.
  I want to know a procedure through which an application or batch file return the processor's serial number in a text file.
  I would be thankful if you will help me in this matter.

You can use the BelArc Advisor:

A HTML file is created the the Belarc\tmp directory which you can use as input to a process. It also displays the HTML file on the screen.
