    DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

    stop: 0x0000000D1 (0X000000000000004C, 0X00000000000000002, 0X0000000000000001, 0XFFFFFADF5C6C91CE)

    nvata64.sys - Address FFFFFADF5C6C91CE base at FFFFFADF6C6C2000

keep getting that bsod at random times. i assume the file causing the problem is the nvata.sys. what is that file? how do i go about fixing this so i don't get a fatal bsod and commit genocide?

It's part of your nForce chipset driver (motherboard driver), NOT nVidia video driver.
    Update/reinstall chipset driver.

i'm gonna format my drive and do a fresh install, with updated drivers and such. getting my new pc case tomorrow, so it'll be like a brand new pc  ;D but i was wondering...if the problem persists, does this mean i need a new mobo? i've been contemplating getting a new one anyway because epox was bought out by another company and they don't seem to be making updates for my board.
