    Windows XP sp3

    Hello:

    Thanks for taking my question.

Tbird had a glitch and I Deleted it from Add/Remove then re-downloaded it, but it was the same place I left-off, before deletion.

I Searched, "%APPDATA%\Mozilla\", but didn't see Tbird in the list that came up, so, that's as far as I could get, as that's as techy - as I'm not.

I don't know what to do now.  I clicked on a link I thought would be helpful.  It was MozillaZine and I didn't understand a word of it.  My apologies for that, but I still need help with this and am 'out-of-my-realm', here.

Thank you for any helpful advice you can give me.  I do appreciate you.

    Gratefully,

    Ann G.

I don't understand what you want to do but T'bird is in the %appdata%\Thunderbird folder not %appdata%\Mozilla

      Thank you Dusty!

I Searched for your quote and Deleted all things Thunderbird, then the Recycle Bin and - viola - it's gone!

That one word made all the difference and thank you so very much for your help.

Would that "Life"'s glitches were so easily resolvable!

Have a very merry Christmas and the best of every good thing in the new year.
