Hi,
I am finding that when I open IE7 by right clicking "open private browser" in Zone Alarm Force Field (purchased in October 08) after a bit the browser just freezes and ceases to respond in Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit. IE does open (often very slowly). I can then open an internet banking site OK. Then the bank's menu options seem to be too hard for the system and it stops responding at the next step or the one after.
On the other hand, if I open IE directly from iexplore.exe without using ZAFF open private browser, I do not have this slowness or freezing.
If I can't get this resolved then my principal reason for purchasing ZAFF, which was to make my internet banking safe, has not been satisfied.
Any help would be appreciated.
