9800 not proper

I bought a 9800pro 2 months ago and every game a play has a long lines in the middle of screen  or missing textures or i can just see through walls. i updated drivers to allmost all of the ati and omega drivers, bought a new power supply 450ATX,installed service pack 2 from 1, reformatted, re-installed every game, the card is not over clocked and i did EVERthing i can think of can anyone HELP me?!
my specs:
Hp pavilion a350n
2.80 intel p4 HT
512mb
123gb free out of 160gb
windows SP2

    Are you sure that there is nothing wrong with monitor itself. So check your PC with some different monitor.

    i tried it with a different monitor and its the same but after i put my old monitor back with is a hp pavilion f1503 i ran games on a 1024x724 (w/e it is) which i couldnt before
