Remote computer repair messed up my computer with EZMSP
« on: December 19, 2008, 08:18:39 AM »
My previous employer had a computer guy that fixed all the quirks in the office at night.  Because I was on the jobsite he used EZ MSP and accessed my computer remotely.  I had sent an email to the office stating that an email problem had still not been fixed "whats going on with this guy" I wrote, and they forwarded the email to the repair person.  He sent a snotty reply back to the office blaming it on me because I was operating Vista.  Since then my computer is slow, my antivirus (verizon security suite) detects a trojan that connot be quarentined.  Then it goes away and comes again.  Now I am working for another company as a Site Safety Manager and use my laptop more than before.  What can I do to optimize my computer and rid myself of these headaches.
**When I try to change settings for Automatic Update or install Adobe Professional, it says I am not the Administrator***  Well then who is?  Please help
