IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error, please help!

I built a new computer this last week and I booted up and installed WXP service pack 3, I don't have all the updates yet, but I'm getting there. I have the most current updates for my Nvidia drivers and my bios. I have internet working, currently using it, but I have been having blue screen crashing problems with the error: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. The BSOD usually occurs when I am heavily using the internet, such as watching Youtube or using Utorrent. A couple times the computer just froze. The "trigger" seems to be either the internet or my USB connections. I have a lot of things plugged into the USB: keyboard, mouse, printer, external drive, and my wireless internet adapter is also USB. Sometimes after this error occurs I fail POST and my computer turns on but doesn't boot. Usually just turning it off for awhile fixes this. I have opened up my computer and checked all the connections and reseated my RAM. Here is a list of the parts that are in my computer:

Also, attached is a picture of my IRQ list from system information. Please help me fix this problem, I think I just need to reassign some of the IRQs but I don't know how to do that or which ones should be moved. I have looked up this error on many other forums and sites but the solutions presented were usually very general or helpful only to those posters. This is my first post on a forum for this problem asking for help. Thank you for your time.

Please help me, I am really stuck and this is a brand new computer that cost me a lot to build. The blue screen happened again when my wife was using the internet: she had two pages open at the same time, one was the final screen of an online purchase that was done loading and the other was the myspace homepage that blue screened in the middle of loading. I took a picture of the blue screen with my digital camera and it is attached to this post. The computer works fine other than this stupid error, I installed Bioshock and have played more than six consecutive hours of it on the highest graphics settings and there were never any errors while playing. Other than Bioshock I haven't installed any other programs for fear of messing up this bug worse. There are programs that came with my hardware setup disks that I have installed, let me know if you need to know what these are. Thanks to anyone who helps me.

From what I've been able to find, the wind502u.sys file is related to a Motorola WU830G wireless receiver, which I don't see listed in your hardware. It's also used with some ASUS wireless cards as well.

Any of this ring any bells?

Sorry, yeah my USB wireless internet adapter is Motorola, and very old.  Should I reinstall the software? Or do you recommend that I just get a new Adapter? Sorry for not mentioning it before, please let me know what you think I should do and thank you for responding!
