NetHood
« on: December 20, 2008, 08:56:44 PM »
I am running Windows Vista & saved two jpg files in NetHood by accident. I have the ownership of the NetHood folder & windows search shows the two files in the NetHood Folder.  When I try to open the files I get the msg that they have either been deleted or no longer reside in NetHood Folder.  Tried locating in C:/user/AppData/roaming/microsoft/network short cuts as suggested,  from a search on Google, but they are not there.  Any suggestions where they may be located?

NetHood folder is located in C:\Users\your-name
It's a system folder, so in Windows Explorer, you have to go Tools>Folder Options>View tab, and enable protected operating system files view.
On a top of it, to access NetHood folder, you have to take ownership of it.
