      Malware-wise, the log is clean.
      Besides patio's request...
      Download, and install WhoCrashed: http://www.resplendence.com/download/whocrashedSetup.exe
      Open it, click Analyze button.
      The program will create report
Copy, and paste it into your next reply.

        Crash dump directory: C:\Windows\Minidump

Crash dumps are enabled on your computer.

No crash dumps have been found on your computer

        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
        Conclusion
        --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Crash dumps are enabled and no crash dumps have been found on your computer. In case your computer does experience sudden reboots it is likely these are caused by malfunctioning hardware or power failure. Then it's suggested you contact the support department of the manufacturer of your system or test your system with a memory test utility for further investigation.

Control Panel/System/Advanced/Startup and Recovery at the bottom...uncheck "auto re-boot on errors"...
This will allow you to view the entire message next time it BSOD's.

Go Start>Run ("Start Search" in Vista), type in:
          sfc /scannow
Click OK (hit Enter in Vista).
          Have Windows CD/DVD handy.
If System File Checker (sfc) will find any errors, it may ask you for the CD/DVD.
If sfc won't find any errors in Windows XP, it'll simply quit, without any message.
In Vista you will receive the following message: "Windows resource protection did not find any integrity violations".

Navigate to C:\Windows\Logs\CBS folder. You'll see CBS.log file.
Usually, it's pretty big file, so upload it here: http://www.uploadbigfiles.net/, and post download link.

There is a "space" between "sfc", and "/"
Don't worry about Vista DVD for now.

Type sfc /scannow in "Start search".
You'll see sfc /scannow at the top of Start box.
Right click on it, click "Run as Administrator".

                This:
                Quote
                windows shutdown unexpectedly

                Mini122308-02.dmp
                sysdata.xml
                version.txt
and the fact, that you can't run sfc, would indicate some serious system files/registry corruption.

You may be facing backing up your data, and reinstalling.
