Help with Spyware guard 2008

Hello all

I was hoping someone could help me. my friends computer has a nasty case of "spyware guard 2008" on it.
I have tried MBAM, Super anti spyware, Smit Fraud fix, and a manual delete including Reg keys.
Nothing has worked thus far.

I have attached the hijackthis, MBAM, And SAS logs to help.

I would really appreciate some help, because I don't wish to wipe the machine.
