Vundo & Vundo.H removal help please!?

First I had just Vundo, now I have that and Vundo.H. AVG keeps popping up telling me I have something called Adware Generic 3.AIGU which according to Malwarebytes is part of Vundo.H.

Ive tried Norton, AVG, Spybot, Vundofix and Malwarebytes.

I need help ASAP. Im terrified that my computer will loose everything I have on it and I have no backup for it. I need help to remove it, asap please?!!?

it says I have the adware generic thing in a file called C:\windows\system32\sqwgys.dll and when I did a malware bytes scan that same file came up with it being Vundo.H.
