Blurred photos in IE

All photos appear blurred in internet explorer.

I have a new laptop and my dad has the same one and he has no problems.

I am assuming this could be due to something I have installed/downloaded/changed.

Does anyone know what I can do to figure this out? Thanks

Are the photos streched ? ?
DLoad and install Irfanview (FREE) for viewing photos...

Is display resolution set the same in both computers?
