        one thing you could try...

open a command window(window key+r then type cmd), once the command window is open type sfc /scannow(notice the space between sfc and /scannow)....this will check your system
files to insure they are intact....if it finds incorrect files you'll need your windows CD...

        Good Luck

I'm afraid I had to remove that link.

          Firstly because it's on rapidshare.
Secondly, you're not even sure about it.

Another thing, not knowing what it would do, it could ruin the computer.
And another thing, without knowing what the cause of this problem is, it may make the problem worst.

Also, we are perfectly capable to diagnose and fix this problem without the need of a program we are unfamiliar with.

When I run "sfc /scannow" in Command prompt it's saying that.....
Files that are required for Windows to run properly must be copied to the DLL Cache
Insert your Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3 CD now.
The problem is My DVD Rom is not able to read any CD/DvD.
              Now what to do....
