I have Windows XP Home and cannot download or install anything. When I try to download anything a box pops up that reads:
Internet Explorer cannot download (name of site).
Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
When I try to install anything a box pops up that reads:
A fatal error occured during installation.
I have spybot and it gave me a list of errors but I dont know what is safe to delete. The list includes:
Win32.agent (3 entries TrojanC)
Win32.agent (2 entries TrojanC)
WildTangent (16 entries PUPS)
Virtumonde (1 entries TrojanC)
Which ones can I remove safely?
